We have a paid travel with Visa Credit Card with SNCF on 04/09/2017 on the train 9583 from STRASBOURG to FRANKFURT MAIN HB. I received and email telling is not possible due to technical problems on the road. Should I buy a new route? The amount has been returned to my credit card? If I buy new tickets, when will you credit the not used amount in my credit card?
