Dear Sir

I have traveled from Blois to CDG air port on 5th Dec-18 along with my colleague. I have booked the tickets on 03/12/2018 in Blois train station in automatic ticket booking machine. ( Our ticket Number -057342434) I have paid the amount 139.4 Euro from my travel card (Travel card number ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4253). First time i used my card but transaction not happened (Abandon debit 0119268 55204944749847 20041) 2nd time i used and paid the amount for 139.4 Euro. when i checked my bank account two time the money got debited. i returned to India on 06th dec-18. i sent a massage to SNCF customer care but i got the reply to approach Blois train station for claim.

Request you please support to get the additionally debited money from my travel card
anymore i cannot travel to france since this is a official trip from my office also i tried to contact SNCF staffs but due to language problem i am not able to communicate my issue

Request you please consider this is a official clime request from my side and so the needful
