I bought a ticket for my goddaughter Agustina Quesada through Air France to travel from Geneva to Tours on May 24. She was able to go on the Air France flight from Geneva to Paris but that day there was a rail strike and she was unable to use the portion from Charles de Gaulle to Tours. Since the ticket was issued by Air France and not SNCF, we do not have your confirmation number, only the confirmation number on Air France which doesn't work in your website. How can we claim a refund if we don't have that number?
