Refund for machine error?

I tried to purchase 2 return tickets from the ticket machine at Mandelieu-la-Napoule station to Monaco on 14/03 using my credit card. My card was declined and my partner purchased them with her card. I have just discovered that I have been charged by SNCF for the tickets I did not receive. I was on holiday in France and am no longer in the country. I am travelling for some time and do not have a mobile so cannot call anyone. Who do I need to email to obtain a refund? Thank you.

On March 14th 2015, you send a mail for the refund of train ticket you had to pay at mandelieu machine.

I understand the situation you had to face and I am sorry for any inconvenience it may have caused.

I am sorry to inform you that the SNCF can’t refund it. In effect, accounting service need original ticket.

I have called the ticket office of Mandelieu la Napoule but any ticket was find in the ticket machine.
