Car not available not in list when booking auto train

I am trying to book the auto train online but my car is not available from the list. It's a new model and both larger and smaller versions are on the drop down list. The car is a BMW M2, the list accepts an M1 and a M3, M4 etc. I am hesitant to choose something else as it states that if the vehicles is not as described I will not be allowed on the train. I have used the enquiry form twice now in the last few weeks and I never get a response.

Can anyone help me?

I'm afraid that you will have to wait quite a while for an answer from someone more knowledgeable as your question is in English. I will take the liberty of translating it for you, as well as saying that the car seems to be a brand new one that has not yet been added to the list. Perhaps you should choose an externally similar vehicle and explain the issue if interrogated.

Je suis en train d'essayer à reserver l'autotrain, mais je ne peux pas trouver ma voiture sur la liste. Ma voiture est un BMW M2 et la liste accepte des autres voitures similaires, comme le M1, M3 et M4. Je ne souhaite pas sélectionner un autre type de voiture car j'ai lu un avis sur le site:
"Accès au train peut être refusé si votre voiture n'est pas laquelle qui est imprimé sur le billet."
J'ai utiliser la formulaire de contact plusieurs fois, mais toujours sans réponse. Est-ce qu'il y a quelqu'un qui peut m'aider?

Indeed, the BMW m2 model is not displayed. I ask my team to put the file in, but it may take some time. When you make your reservation, select the BMW m3 model. This is not a problem.

I chose the M3 but when I got the tickets it didn't even have the model on it, just my registration. Thanks for your help all booked now!!
