refund question

I booked a train from Lyon to Interlaken West Station on the 14th.
However, I could not use the credit card I used to pay. So I bought a new ticket in a hurry and got on the train. I asked for a refund, but can I get a refund of all the excluded money?

I really want the rest of the money back. I couldn't even pick a ticket because I couldn't use the ticket machine.
It was just that the ticket counter couldn't do anything. But I asked an e-mail question to the OUI, but I was asked to contact SNCF.
