How to claime the double payment due to automatic ticket booking machcine error

Dear Sir

I Have booked 2 tickets from Blois to CDG airport on 03-12-2018 18.35
pm at Blois railway station in automatic ticket boking machine

I used my international travel card for payment of 139.40 euro ( Card
number ending with xxxx xxxx xxxx 4253)

When I used first time the transaction got failed ( receipt coming
from the machine – Abandon debit 0119268 55204944749487 20041 - Refer
the attached transaction slip )

I used 2nd time the same card and this time transaction happened and I
paid the ticket cost

But when I refer my transaction statement two time money got debited
from my account

I assume the money got refund after 48 hours. But until now I am not
getting the refund

I came from India for some work and now I returned to India

I tried to contact customer care through massage but I got reply to
contact directly to Blois railway station

But I cannot approach Blois railway station directly. Is it possible
to get the refund

I send many mails to many contacts but I am not getting correct answers

This amount is huge for me and kindly support and treat this is a
official request from me and support for refund the money
