Adding ticket to SNCF app

I added the SNCF app to my 'phone and went to add our tickets. We have already completed the outward journey but when I go to add the ticket it tells me the ticket is in the past and does not register the return portion.

Apologies if this translation is poor: J'ai ajouté l'application SNCF à mon téléphone et je suis allé ajouter nos billets. Nous avons déjà terminé le voyage aller, mais lorsque je vais ajouter le billet, il me dit que le billet est dans le passé et n’enregistre pas la partie retour.

Hello,

If the entire journey was booked under the same 6 letter reference number, and the return trip hasn't yet been completed, this should not occur.

However, f you definately can't add the tickets to the app, you can either :

  • print them on the oui.sncf website, top left link "mes commandes", then enter 6 letter ref + name (+ train number + return journey date if not booked via this site)
  • have them printed at any sncf tiicket office stating 6 letter reference and name
