Carte Jeune dont have a bank card with me

Good day!

I am an international student in Nancy, i am just studying french, so i will write my letter in english.

I have purchased the student discount card with my dad's bank card. Unfortunately, i can not get my card due to the fact that i do not have his card with me (He is in Russia) , but i have a confirmation letter on my email. May i somehow add my bank account details or get a refund and purchase a new Carte Jeune using my own french bank card?

Maybe it is possible to print the ticket without the card? Although in the office in Nancy Gare i was told that i can get the money back on the site "reclamations.sncf.com" , Unfortunately i could not find it and the way i can ask for a refund. Can you help me please in this two issues.
