Is SNCF NOT reimbursing cancelled tickets ????

I have to write again for a reclamation to get my money back.

I booked in Feb 2018 a trip to Paris for a family of 4. Immediately I had tp pay via credit card 335.40 Euro. Reference TUHHKI..
Due to the strike on our travel days we decided to reverse.
This was done on 4.4.2018 and confirmed.

I had to sent paper tickets to Barcelona- to qui.sncf. I did that with registered post.

As no payment was received I contacted qui.sncf and they confirmed on 28.5. that all I did was correct and the case was transferred to Finance department of sncf in France (Arras).

I tried to call different French speaking hotlines, a number of times. No success. German speaking ones, English speaking ones, not available or not working or not responsive.

I placed here a number of messages, no success.

This is so poor customer service- I had to pay in February, cancelled in beginning of April and now it is September and still nothing happening.

When do I get my money back? I do not want to call a hotline that does not work for non-french-speaking customers.

I sent a number of Facebook messages, but is that a pot/ robot that answers?
