Problem to cancel one of three tickets that i buyed with the OUI app (baby tickets problems in OUI app)

Hello, i buyed three tickets for my family and need to cancel only the one for my baby cause the OUI app works badly and assigned a sit for it instead of traveling for free with me in my sit (and charged me for the baby sit). Customer service of OUI app told me i needed to call SNCF phone (980983635) for that and i did, SNCF agreed there is a problem with the OUI app and the problem with baby sits is happening with a lot el clients, so they agreed to give me back the money for the aby sit and cancel it, they told me to cancel in the english version of the SNCF web but there is no menu for that.
