How to ask for reimbursement

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've bought a ticket Bordeaux/London leaving today (June, 5) at 11:04 and retuning on June, 7.
I received an email yesterday evening from SNCF notifying that my first train was cancelled (details: 8254 au départ de BORDEAUX ST JEAN et à destination de PARIS MONT 1 ET 2)
This morning I searched for a SNCF bureau on the internet and they indicated one in Rue S.Catherine. I went there but the bureau it's shut down.
I went to the train station and they told they could not apply for a reimbursement for me. They told me to contact you.
I tried to ask for a refund on your website ( but it did not let me do so.

Please, could you help me with this? I would like to get a refund as the train was cancelled but I do not know what to do.
