I am unable to file reimbursement on my trip as the website does not accept my reference number

I and my fellow passenger were traveling from Paris (Gare de l'est) to Luxembourg on the 3rd of April 2018. As we arrived at the station we were told that our train was cancelled. We had received no intimation from SNCF regarding the cancellation via Text message or email. This was a massive inconvenience to us. We missed our connecting flight from Luxembourg as well. Such a disappointing service is not expected from a company such as yours. I expect a full refund of my travels booked on SNCF considering the hassle I had to face and the time I lost in travel. I Emailed SNCF on 3rd April itself and have not received ay support yet what so ever.
