What is email for pv réclamation?

Where do we write for online reclamation? Train did not arrive. Was told to take the next. Then fined 10 times the price of ticket.

IIntercities Paris St Lazare to Rouen 17:28 the 17/01 never arrived. Eventually it affiched on the big screen as voie 19 around 18h. When I arrived the voie to find it was the 17:48 train also late. I asked Controller BEFORE to get on and was told to board that my train had not arrived yet. "Told not a problem Madame".

Then you have to contact "centre de recouvrement" indicated on your PV form. None other service can answer your claim.
