Refund of the ticket

On dec 7th 2017 I bought my tickets online (Référence de dossier : TQMESL) however I was not able to collect my ticket at the customer service counter at CDG train station because I could not provide a pin code of my credit card.

The staff told me I had to buy another train ticket and to claim my original ticket online. I followed her advise and I bought another ticket (no: 08720251989951, Dossier TDZXEC) and now I m writing her to ask for a refund of my original ticket. Please reply.
