wrongly fined at cdg airport

We were incorrectly fined as we were trying to come from notre dame saint michel station however the train ticket machines were not working and there was no staff at all to buy a ticket. When we reached our destination and explained this and even got a witness to call and speak to the inspector to explain the situation, we were still fined. I'm very angry and dissapointed as it was NOT MY FAULT that the machines were not working and I was trying to catch a flight so had to rush. PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE LINK FOR REFUNDS/RECLAIMS - THIS IS UNFAIR.
