when will I receive reimbursement of 15 euros ?

I have tried to process my request for a refund for 15 euros as I had to issue a duplicate Carte Juene for my trip to luxembourg, but it does not process. Please help me with the process as my dossier: UMLFHM Does not seem to validate while requesting for a refund.

This is in reference to my previous interaction with Michael P from SNCF

I had ordered the Carte Jeune (reference no: UEBTVJ) on 27th November 2017 was to be sent by post but I did not receive it for my trip to Luxembourg (Reference no: UDONIN). Thus I had to get a duplicate Carte Jeune from the SNCF counter at Gare De L'est issued to commence my trip.

At the SNCF counter, the customer service officer told me to mail on SNCF reimbursement to avail the 15 euros I spent on getting the duplicate card as I did not get my card by post.

Request you to reimburse 15 euros in my account for this reason. Looking forward to your reply.
