Refund not given even after 15 days

Dear Sir or Madam:

On 10/10/2017 I did the transcations attached with this letter for booking the TGV train in France through my debist card of Yes Bank ( 5223060000156947 ) from PARIS to LYON in France on the site on SNCF ( which is the official site of train service of France ).

My account was debited but I did not get tickets confirmation & got a mail from SNCF of inability to process my request bases some technical error.

I called them for two payments following payments :

483 euros & 346 euros which got debited without tickets.

They said that the amount will be send back to my Yes bank account withing 15 days.

However, 15 days have passed today and i have not got my refund.
