Delay, claim and faulty online claim function

On the 30th of August 2017 my mother and me have travelled from Quiberon to Paris Montparnasse. As a result of the challenges SNCF experienced at Montparnasse our train was delayed over 1,5H. As a result of that I have personally missed my flight home to Helsinki Finland from CDG. As the holiday season was full in progress there was no flights under aprox 15 hours of travel time and for a somewhat reasonable price available for another 3 days. As I am still a student, and with limited financial means i was forced to wait for 3 days for the next flight I could afford.

Today I have attempted to reclaim the costs of the tickets and the newly booked flight, and had an abundance of trouble with the process. First of all it is almost insulting that the little QR code cards you give away lead to the questions page instead of directly to the claim. Secondly the system woudn't recognise my ticket number leaving me with no obvious solution on how to proceed now. Please advice me on how to continue from here on, and do not suggest me to call you 0,40ct/min callcenter and wait around for an hour.
