Not able to print Eurostar tickets bought through your site so I had to buy new tickets

As discussed on Facebook, please find attached copy of my double online bookings. The original reference via your site are QWTRVW/QWTRKT and my name: CARION.I called your helpdesk on Sunday. They informed me I would be able to print out all my tickets in Brussels midi so I went to Brussels. There they told me that this used to be so but not any more since a few months. As I had Eurostar tickets I also called Eurostar. They cannot find bookings done via your website. The international rail service in Brussels confirmed I would not be able to travel via Eurostar without my tickets so I would have to go to France to print them or buy new tickets, which I did eventually. I was verry disappointed on getting wrong info from your helpdesk in the first place.
Please let me know what to do next.
