refund request for wrong date

Dear Sir / Madam,

I bought a ticket on the voyages-sncf.com website a few hours ago, but unfortunately I mistyped the date (wrong month). Therefore I had to rebook the ticket with the proper date. I am hereby writing to ask for a refund of the original booking as it was booked with the wrong date unintentionally, due to an error of the web-based booking system.

Ref. number of the first (wrong) booking: K532PX
Journey: Geneve - Lyon, 20/06/2017

Ref. number of the second (correct) booking: K6B7DM
Journey: Geneve - Lyon, 20/08/2017
