Reimbursement of a ticket I bought but I never used

I bought a TGV + TER ticket but I accidentally selected the option to get my tickets sent at home but I needed to have them as an electronic ticket. Then when I was at the train station I called the sncf help number and they told me to buy a completely new ticket and to ask for the reimbursement of the previous ones later. Now, how can I get the reimbursement?
