how to get my ticket if i dont have it anymore in my email and i dont have the bank card that i bought my ticket with

hello,
I have carte june for reduction and unfortunately i lost it an i book a ticket on the application on my iphone and when i went there i had to pay 93 euro, now i can't find my ticket on the application and i deleted from my email and the bank card i used for the ticket i close the bank and dont have the card anymore. so what shall i do to get the 93 euro back? sorry and thank you so much

Cancel your ticket before departure and send cancellation receipt to SNCF customer service with your bank references :

The train was 6/1/2017, I already traveled but I need the ticket because I didn't have my carte june I paid the different and now I wanna get the different back but I need my ticket.
