Money refund for delay

Dear SNCF,

My friend Jacqueline Boonman and I (Eline Vermue) had a ~2h delay on our train trip at 18/12/16 from Paris Nord to Amiens. Initial departure time 17.31h. I would like to ask if there is a possibility to obtain a compensation in money for our delay via this way (instead of via normal mail, since we live in Holland and sending a letter from Holland to France is very expensive). The dossier number is SGQFXZ. I have also already sent SNCF a personal message containing more information via the facebook chat. If you need more information or our etickets to help us: please tell me and i will reply with more information and/or a copy of our tickets.
