When do I get my refund?


I bought a 90% refundable ticket from Spain for a train running from Toulouse Matabiau to Carcassonne on 1st November (8.15 am - 9.25 am). I canceled the ticket and asked for a refund on 24th October and I got an e-mail confirming that I got the money back. However, more than 24 hours has gone by since the cancelation was made and I still don't have the money. Is this waiting time normal? When should I expect to get my refund?

You need to make a claim on the Sncf website.

You can translate the website in english for more help, at the top right of the site. Then go to Customer relations / our commitments / After sales service / Claims / via internet / TGV Intercites : click here / at the bottom of the page you fill your name and reference dossier voyage.
