fraud purchase


i live in Belgium, yesterday i found a fraud purchase made at 24/09/16 via my Fortis bank visa card, the info of payment is :
SNCF Internet Paris 8FR.
the amount is 33 euro.

I didn't buy anything through SNCF recently, so i think it is a fraud purchase and want to report this fraud to my visa card company, but before that can you please give me more detail about this purchase? Then i can better analyse if it is a fraud payment.

You need to make a claim on the Sncf website.

You can translate the website in english for more help, at the top right of the site. Then go to Customer relations / our commitments / After sales service / Claims / via internet / TGV Intercites : click here / at the bottom of the page you fill your name and reference dossier voyage.
