Refund for late train and missed journey

Hello, I used your service from Albi to Paris on the 8th August. The train was badly delayed and I missed my connection to Munich. I was given a form to fill the details and send my tickets to get a refund. I completed this form and added the tickets and sent this to SNCF almost two months ago but I have heard or received anything. I want to know what is happening with my refund? Regards,D.

I am afraid I cannot find any claim under your name.

You need to make a claim on the Sncf website.

You can translate the website in english for more help, at the top right of the site. Then go to Customer relations / our commitments / After sales service / Claims / via internet / TGV Intercites : click here / at the bottom of the page you fill your name and reference dossier voyage.
