Who do i contact refarding refund?

There was a problem that i came at the least minute the train at charles de gaulle because of a late flight.

unfortunately i could not go to the ticket office and the conductur say it is ok board train. In train i bought again ticket from conductuur. he say i will get money back for ticket bought on the internet. This why i am writing you. i hope you can help with this.

You need to make a claim on that adress :

You can also find it that way : Go to the site then : relation client / nos engagements et SAV / service après voyage / reclamation /TGV et Intercités : Cliquez ici : /
Then at the bottom of the page you fill the ticket reference of 6 letters and the name associated.

The name associated is Azachi plus the reference of the Dossier Voyage : SCCORL

You will need to explain that you could not get the ticket at the station and that you bought a new one on board. You will have to join in a pdf format the copy of the ticket issued on board.
