Train Delay Punctuality Claim

Bonjour we are from Australian & have just returned from our six week Europe trip. Our train from Bordeaux to Paris was delayed by 2 hours on the 1st September 2016. I have tried to make a claim on your website but it doesnt allow me to complete it as it doesnt recongnize our names. I still have the train tickets & was given an SNCF Garantie Ponctualite envelope when we arrived in Paris but as we were still travelling I didnt have time to complete & post it to you. Could you please advise what I need to do to get reimbursement for our train trave due to this delay which was a technical difficulty at the Bordeaux Train Station. Regards Maxine Reschke
