I want my refund please

Hi, I bought a ticket in Mexico (online) from Colmar to Paris, Référence de dossier : TBGOUY. I wanted to print my billet but my card was in Mexico so I had to buy a new ticket (same price) but the staff who helped me gave me a card with a link so I can get my money back. I don't speak French so it's hard for me to surf your web, I just want my money back. Thanks

If your ticket purchased on line has been cancelled before the train departure, use this form :

http://www.sncf.com/fr/services/service-client/formulaire... (bottom of the page).
