Refund of autotrain ticket

I tried to check in my car for booking UUKRVF, but I had mislaid my ticket. I was told by the station staff at Bercy that I had to buy a new ticket and then could reclaim the old ticket. How do I do the reclaim process?

Or you can also to write to the customer relation service at this address :

You need to join the information concerning your journey and the references of your ticket as well as your full banking details or credit card number, and your full postal address.

The link given does not work - I get a 404 - not found message

However, yesterday I raised a case (not sure what web page it was) and I got an email saying it had "référence 10296172"

Would this be the same result?

The refernce you give 10296172 is the right file number.

You explain what happened and you ask a refund and not vouchers.
