Reclamation tickets

Hello, I am a student from Austria and i was traveling to sprain from italy by sncf...we tried to book our ticket from turin to chambery online..but it was not possible becuase they said it will be send at home( haha on interrail...) then i called the hotline..they said no its the same price as online they know this kind of problem,,then we travelled to turin.tried to buy the ticket there..not possible...great...but they say its still the same price(Juhu) ...then we came to the train and she pay extra it was not 28€ i was 43€...thats totally unfair and the guy in chambery said we should do a reclamation..hope i will get my money back.........
