Refund because of canceled train

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

on my travel from Stuttgart/Germany to Lille (Booking No. TCQPAX), the train Paris to Lille with the No. 26061 was canceled. So i contact and they told my to book a new train to Lille and contact the hotline for the refund.(New Booking No. RMBQJO, new Train No. 7535) They told me they cannot do it and send my to this site. But i cannot find a direct contact. So here is my question:
After 2 weeks in total, where i have to send my request to get the refund? Please dont say Hotline or mail. There must be a online way i hope.
