Hello.

Please, help me.

Our train was cancelled due to the strike. Train 6074 on the 12 of June at 10:04. So we had to come to the Paris on our own.

We are trying to return money for this trip on our bank account with the help of your site here:
http://www.sncf.com/fr/compensation-garantie-ponctualite

We want to have a compensation on our bank account, but in the fields below it is asking for IBAN code. So, here in Russia there is no IBAN standart and we don't know what we should fill it with.

So, please, help us to make a reclamation, because your website tools can't do this properly.
