Hello! I would like to know how to be reimbursed for tickets I paid for twice? Thank you!

Hello! I bought roundtrip tickets from Paris to Berlin but then wasn't able to withdraw the tickets at Gare du Nord. There were no representatives anywhere in the station because it was 5am nor was customer service available on the phone. I asked a Thalys worker who told me that my reference number on my phone would be enough, which it was not. I ended up having to buy two new tickets each way (Thalys then Ice) because there is no SCNF machine in Berlin. I finally spoke with someone on the phone when I was in Berlin who told me that I had to buy new tickets to return to Paris but then I could provide all of my receipts and receive a refund. I would like to know who I speak to about this and who or where I give my receipts. Thank you!

Join your receipts ank keep copies of them, don't forget your bank account references.

Your first tickets would have been cancelled before departure.
