I cant submit a refund request for train delay - it just won't do it. What are my options now? I am in Australia!

I have given all the information online, but it says that some of the data is not in the common format. I have tried everything - altering addresses and names etc and nothing works. Train TGV8950. Angers St Laud to Paris Mont Nov 19

If you cannot give all the information on line for a reason or an other, the best is to write to the customer relation service at this address :

You need to join the originals of your ticket or references of your e-billet as well as your full banking details or credit card number, and your full postal address.
