Credit card charged in error

Two days ago we tried to purchase tickets from Lyon to Paris on your website. After entering our credit card details we were told that the transaction could not be processed. We tried a second time and experienced the same problem. Our credit card has now been charged 180 euros for tickets we did not even receive. Can you please refund this as soon as possible as we have now had to go into the Lyon Part-Dieu station to buy tickets in person and have paid for them three times?
