Obtaining a sinistre

We've been trying since 4 June to obtain the sinistre for a cancelled journey. After many abortive phone calls, we were told to send the tickets to Service Relation Client. I sent them off on 8 July with a covering letter explaining the circumstances. After hearing nothing, I sent a copy on 31 July, but have still had no reply. We paid extra for cancellation insurance, but cannot get our money back. How do I get a response from SNCF?

A refund has been made on your bank account. This represents a full refund of the value of your tickets. This amount will be available in your account within about 20 days; this is the time required by the banking system.

To obtain refund of a flex ticket sncf, you have to contact service client SNCF - 62973 Arras cedex 9. Answer will arrive in two or three months.

To obtain refund from assurance annulation (no-flex prem's tickets), you have to contact europ assistance :
