How to refund?

I bought tickets for a round-trip journey from London / Paris on the 5th of July 2015 and return on the 8th of July 2015 for my friend ( Reference : QEYUWS

If the terms and conditions of your ticket allow for cancellations or exchanges, please go to a station or call +33 (0) 892 35 35 35 (international call charge + your operator's charges, where applicable) to exchange or cancel this booking.

My friend had taken the train from London to Paris on 5th July 2015. She didn't take the train from Paris to London on the 8th July 2015.
And I canceled the journey from Paris to London by calling at 0033 892 35 35 39 (Official Contact Centre) on 8th July 2015 before the train departure. But I have not received refund EUR 306.00 so far.
Yesterday, I called at 0033 892 35 35 39 again, the client adviser said it was not be canceled and she refused cancelling it because now after the departure of the train. I notice my ticket conditions, Business Premier Flexi : Your tickets are exchangeable and refundable without charge up to 60 days after the date of travel.
