i had received an email on the reclaimation of 19 Jun 2015, paris to narbonne, i can't submit the online form

i had received an email on the reclaimation of 19 Jun 2015, paris to narbonne, i can't submit the online claim form sucessfully, i had sent email to 'garantie-information-sncf@la-garantie-voyage.sncf.fr' but no response.

So how can i do ? i am from Hong Kong, i don't know franch, and i bought the TGV ticket by credit card online before. So now, how can i get the claim?

Hello lo irene,

Our postal adress is :
Service Relation Client SNCF, 62973 ARRAS Cedex 9.

For your claim you need to send us those following informations :

  • Your name and full adress
  • Your original train tickets or if it was e-billet, at least the reference of 6 letters writen on the reservation.
  • The name and adress of your bank
  • your banking details ie : IBAN / BIC or SWIFT codes for us to send your claim on your bank account or your credit card number as you can be credited directly on your card.
