Canceled and the next day went to a SNCF office in Lille - Europe which gave them tickets to the employee. This was on December 8, 2014 .
My question is , what is the average time to return the money .

On October 5, 2014 I made an online purchase of two tickets TGV - 9828, Brussels - Midi to Lille - Europe. The travel date was December 8, 2014, however this was canceled because there strike in Belgium. Having been informed of the cancellation of the TGV 9828, realized the cancellation of tickets and was informed myself in the office of the SNCF they would proceed to deposit the amount of travel, 60 €, the account that purchased the unit (SNCF in Lille - Europe).
At this time, more than two months, I did not get that value.
Asked to inform me about the situation and when will make this return your trip worthwhile."
