cancelled train

We booked a night train but the train cancelled because of accident. And we missed our schedule at paris and there's no compensation for us and I want compensation.
It was night train that arrive in paris at early morning, but it was cancelled and our scheduled ruined because of the train.
we had to pay extra 70 euros for 'no-show' at hotel and there were so many uncomfortable things.
(For storing lugguage we paid 20 euros )

Total 90 euros, I want to compensate. If there was no train accident, we didn't pay that money.
booking reference is TBYNZH.
and card number is 4023 6700 0191 1531 (visa)

and the reply was so slow. I was angry.....:(...
