I need an email address to which I can send information on the return, I purchased tickets.

I bought the tickets on your site on the route Vienna - Munich on October 3, 2014. Then my plans changed and I was on your website to make an exchange of tickets for September 30. For new tickets, I also paid. Ticket delivery method was a postal. Tickets for October 3 I got (scans in the attachment). Tickets at September 30, did not come. At the railway station in Vienna me tickets September 30, was not given and do not refund the money for the tickets for October 3. I had to buy new tickets (scan in an attachment). In this connection, please give me back my money for tickets for 30 September and 3 October in the amount of 634.4 euros.
