Travel compensation

I sent off a refund form, tickets and covering letter but have not heard anything.
My husband and I boarded at Milan on 28 July Train 9248 at 16.12.
The train broke down for 1 hour, and the train went slowly, we arrived just in France at 22.00 We had to get off and at 00.00 a train arrived to take us to Paris arriving at 06.15. We should have arrived at Gare de Lyon at 23.22,
but arrived at another station in Paris. We got to our hotel at 7.00 and only managed 2 hours sleep before we had to leave. I filled out a claim form and sent it, in the envelope provided, to SNCF Garantie Ponctualite, Toulouse Cedex 9. Todate I have not received a refund for the inconvenience. It mentioned between 25% and 75% could be refunded, I think this delay especially as I did not sleep at all during the 6 hour night journey ( only had seats) warrants a 75% refund, preferably in money value rather than a credit voucher. To date I have not heard anything from you and would be grateful if you could give this matter your urgent attention, Thankyou, merci beau coup. Pearl Landragin.

Generally, it takes about three months to receive an answer from Garantie Ponctualité sncf.
