Reimbursement ?

I am traveling with Thalys twice a week Brussel-Paris since almost five year. I am booking my tickets normally well in advance to get low rates and document all my booked trips. However the other day I was very surprised when the officer controlling my Thalys card told me that there was no ticket booked. So I paid the 124 EUR even though I was sure that I booked this trip. The officer also checked if there was return ticket for Monday morning which he could not see. Arrived in Paris I booked online a single ticket going back to Paris.
When I arrived in Belgium I checked my booking documents and my private email and discovered that a return ticket was indeed booked by me on September 23 .
I don't know what went wrong but I had valid tickets for the return trip which were not recognized by the electronic system.
I ask Thalys to reimburse me the amount of the ticket I had to purchase in the train [124 EUR] and the single ticket to return to Brussel [69 EUR].

Thalys is Thalys, not the SNCF. They will come back to you if you contacted their customer service.
