getting my train tickets

I bought my train tickets and I chose the "retrait en Borne Libre Service", my dossiers are****** and ****** but in the email you sent me, they say that foreign credit cards are not accepted for this service so how am I going to collect my tickets?
Moreover, do I have to collect my tickets first in Nice and then in Ventimille or can I do it all in Nice?

You have to retrieve all your tickets at Nice station to the tickets offices. It won't be possible at Vintimille as it is an Italian station.

Hello Giacomo,

It all depends on the travel agency you've used to book your tickets.

If you've used "Voyages SNCF", the credit card used to pay the tickets is required to retrieve them, and it may not work with a foreign credit card. The best thing then is to cancel the current tickets, and to buy new ones either with a French credit card, at a SNCF station, of with another travel agency.

If you've booked with another travel agency (Capitaine Train, Carrefour Voyages, Loco2, Selectour...), the credit card is then NOT required to retrieve the ticket, only the name of a passenger and the booking reference, therefore this message won't be a problem for you.

If you made a single reservation, you can collect all your tickets in Nice (but I'm not sure what exactly you ordered).

You can collect all in Nice ticket office.

You can collect all your tickets in Nice Station. If your car does not work, go to "l'espace de vente" to contact a staff member.
