complaint!! payment shows failed, but card was charged!!

I tried to book on VOYAGES-SNCF.COM on Jun 14th with my credit card [last number 4106]. I tried 3 times. They were all rejected by your site.
But today i found that my card were actually charged 3 times (one 120 euros, two 140 euros).
How could this happen???!!!! Please refund! I've already purchased on other sites since you always gave me error message on Friday.

Hello,

Voyages-SNCF is one of the travel agencies allowed to sell SNCF tickets. You should send your complaint directly to them.

Next time, don't hesitate to use another travel agency if you feel your experience with them was too bad (Capitaine Train, Carrefour Voyages, Loco2, Selectour...)

Could you please let me know where to send complaint to them and ask for a refund?

I couldn't find any contact from their website, when I check the "contact us" page, I was directed to this page.
