Haven't received my tickets yet

Hi,
I haven't received my tickets yet and I booked on the 11th March. Unfortunately I can not find my booking confirmation e-mail. My train departs from Carcassonne on the 2 June at 12:33 and returns from Montpelier at 06:15 on the 22nd June. if You wish I can have a Bank Statement sent to you at SNCF showing €38.60 being transferred from my account to yours.

Hi,
You ordered your tickets on our website but you didn't choose the "sent at home" option. You can retrieve your tickets in a station with the credit card used for the payment.

Hello Seadhna,

How did you choose to collect your tickets? With which travel agency did you book your tickets? The best option is probably to contact the travel agency you've booked with so that they can find your booking.
