we are an Italian company called Signal srl, and we are hosting some foreigner customers.
On the 16th of december our guests bought a ticket from Geneve CFF to Milano Centrale, but actually they didn’t take the train and came to Italy in another way.
They still have the ticket with a stamp and a signature of a railway controller which attest that the ticket hasn’t been used.
Is it possible to get a refund of the price they paid? If so, which is the practice to follow to get it?

Write to the customer service in registered letter. Keep a copy of your ticket. But, to be refunded after the date of your travel your ticket had to be cancelled before it.

If your customers have choose to use an another to go to Milano, this is their choice.
But after the departure this is not possible to be refund.
