Received no confirmation after registration. Tried again today, but it says "Cet adherent a deja ete cree". What to do?

Hi, I filled in the form online to register for a Carte de fidelite voyageur about 2 weeks ago, but I have not received any email to activate or confirm my application. I tried to register again online today, but it says "Cet adhérent a déjà été créé". However, I obviously have not received any confirmation nor the member no. from SNCF in my email. Appreciate if you can advise what I can do. Thanks!

Bonjour,

You'll only get the card number in a few weeks, when the card itself is edited and sent to you by mail. Yes, this is 21st century.

Hi Mathieu, thanks for your reply. I eventually went to an SNCF boutique. The lady found me and my friend's registrations in the SNCF system, but our emails were not recorded for some reason. That's why we didn't get any email to activate our account. Everything is ok now. Thanks!
